DJ Captain Capy, or just Capy, is a capybara DJ who is well-known in Spark City. He showed up about 5 years ago, broadcasting his main intentions: Covering Spark City in paint, and keeping its writers out of handcuffs. The station's been untraceable since it showed up, aggravating the SCPD even more. DJ Capy isn't affiliated with any crew, instead helping any one of them he can reach with his station.
